[10/10/2006] - (10-10) 23:02 PDT -- A three-alarm fire erupted in a three-story residential building in the Cow Hollow area of San Francisco on Tuesday, displacing several residents but causing no injuries, the fire department said.
The fire broke out around 6:30 p.m. at 2819 Laguna Street. Its cause was under investigation. Firefighters stood on rooftops of adjacent buildings and directed water on the blaze. more
